Changing the Date Format - Windows

When opening Brief Accounting Version 9 for the first time, the following message be displayed:

Click Quit to the message then change the date format as below:

Open Windows Control Panel and select Regional and Language Options:

Click Customize:

Select the Date tab and change the Short date format to M/dd/yy:

Apply the setting changes and re-start Brief Accounting.
