Trust Liability

The Trust Liability reports are accessed from the reports menu along the top menu bar of the screen.

The Trust Liability section of the Reports menu has a number of reports that provide a snapshot of Trust Balances and Activity. The reports include:

• Trust Account Liability
• Trust Account / GL Checklist
• Annual Trust Bank Report
• Trust Pay A/R Report

Trust Account Liability

The Trust Account Liability report lists the trust balances by matter as at the date chosen when the report is generated. It generates a separate report for every trust bank account.

Trust Annual / GL Checklist

This reports lists:

• The Account Number, Name, and Balance of every trust bank account
• The date of the last transaction for every trust bank account
• The date of the last completed Bank Reconciliation for every trust bank account
• The Asset and Liability General Ledger account balances for every trust bank account
• A summary of the Transfer Journals for the month the report was generated

Trust Pay A/R Report

The Trust Pay A/R Report lists all files that have balance in Trust funds and an outstanding Accounts Receivable balance. This is used as a reference when transferring Trust funds to the General Office account to pay Outstanding Accounts Receivable.
