Finding, Deleting and Printing Records
A list of Slips, Matters, Codes and TimeKeepers can be searched, for a specific set of records by clicking the Find button. A dialog box similar to the following will be displayed:
By entering specific search criteria, a reduced set of records will be found, matching the criteria entered. As an example, to find all "Time" slips up to the current date (from "00/00/00"), for "All" TimeKeepers (aka Billers) and for files beginning with "99", the search criteria would be as follows:
Finding a reduced selection of slips can be handy if only a specific set of slips is to be exported; printed or to find the total of the Slips in a reduced selection.
Tip! A total of the time slips in the list appears at the bottom of the list. For a total of the disbursements, use the Find button to search for disbursements.
Tip! Typing Control-A (Windows) or Command-A (Macintosh) will redisplay all of the slips.
Slips, Matters, Codes and TimeKeepers can be deleted, one at a time, by first selecting the record to be deleted and then clicking on the Delete button. A dialog box will then be displayed to ensure that the selected record is to be deleted.
Clicking OK will delete the record. Clicking Cancel will keep the record.
